Refund policy

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please share your order number and clear photos.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days.

Mattresses that have been used or unpacked can't be returned for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons.

You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period shown on the product page. It doesn't cover normal wear, stains, misuse or use on an unsuitable bed base.
